Let's get started!
To help prevent your emails ending up in your prospects' spam folders, here are a few procedures you can follow:
If you are using software that collect emails from major email
providers using specific keywords to target your search results, there will always
be erroneous characters that get extracted alongside of some emails.
Why that happens is unsure but it does occur.
This means that you should open that text file once saved and
visually check the emails to remove characters that don't belong and will cause
your emails to fail.
Now you are ready to check your list for duplicate emails. You
will do that by using our Email Duplicator removal tool which can be found under
the "List Tools" tab which drops down offering the "duplicate remover" option.
Just follow the steps described in the body of the Duplicate
Remover tool and submit your list for cleanup of duplicates. Then please don't
forget to save your file once more.
You are now ready to use our Email Validator tool which will
verify if your email is actually good or bad. There may also be some "undefined"
results which does not mean the email is bad but that the servers at the other
end did not send the proper response to identify the email as either good or bad.
Please watch the video provided which shows you step-by-step how
to use the free software which you will download to your computer and unzip.
Once you have validated your emails and omitted the bad emails
and saved the good txt file to your computer, you are now ready to use that list with email marketing.
Should you wish to use your new list with other methods not
mentioned in our "No spam Solution" website, there are additional online and
offline methods available at the Email List Services website.
